Why is MaintPilot licensed per plant?
A plant provides the clear operational context for Assets, Work Orders, Spare Parts, rules and Reports. The licence therefore follows the actual area of use rather than the number of people who sign in.
Why are there no user licences?
Community includes up to two users, Professional up to ten and Enterprise unlimited users. There are no additional per-user fees.
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is the isolated area for one plant, its users, imports, rules and reporting. Community includes one plant, Professional up to three and Enterprise unlimited plants.
Can I cancel at any time?
The cancellation effective date and consequences are shown before purchase and governed by the legally approved B2B terms.
Can I pay annually?
Professional and Enterprise can be billed monthly or annually. Community remains free.
How does the annual saving work?
The annual price is CHF 290 for Professional and CHF 1,990 for Enterprise.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan and create your B2B account. After workspace setup, paid plans continue to secure Stripe Checkout.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Plan changes are made in Billing or the Stripe Customer Portal; scope, price and effective date are shown before confirmation.
